About

We are mostly designers gathered together on a daily basis to work on the design/motion asset requests of a small number of business clients. We aim to work more efficiently and decisively than our agency counterparts, and we don’t have the bandwidth or expertise limitations of an individual freelance resource or employee.

We believe in hard work, digging into the details of a project, filling in the blanks of a brief, working up multiple design directions, and then pivoting completely based on client feedback. We don’t need to re-brand everything we touch and are all too familiar with that grey space between the legacy 2020 style guide and where the brand has evolved since then.

Work up storyboards for a loose concept around an app’s new feature - will do. Ok, now animate it for YouTube and all social channels - copy that. Design and localize 1000 App Store assets in every language and device size - cool. We hate our website; please just fix it - on it. We want a multi-touch email campaign designed and coded - gotcha. We change software as needed: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, Davinci, After Effects, you name it - it’s all the same to us. We’ve been doing this as a crew since 2015, and our only hope is that we can do it well for you.

We believe we can provide you with the best level of attention and quality by keeping some balance in our lives. We are available to our clients every day of the week and can do our share of quick asset need requests. We‘d love some nice, long, healthy lead times, but we understand that’s not really the way it works sometimes. We commit to being available during standard business hours.
